1. Maintenance plan

To ensure the high availability of your turbine, we strongly recommend an individual maintenance plan for our clients. Such a plan is essential to best support the fail-safe operation of our clients’ turbines. Our clients’ satisfaction is of the utmost importance for us. Our experts continue to provide advice and assistance after the commissioning of your turbine plant.

Specifically trained M+M service technicians provide maintenance services for your robust, low-maintenance turbine installation. They warrant professional performance of all repair and maintenance works.

Thanks to an individually agreed maintenance concept, you can always rely on us and our maintenance programme tailored to each client.


2. Spare parts advice

Our spare parts service team ensures a reliable, smooth supply of spare parts. We recommend an individual stocking plan for spare parts depending on the individual need for availability and the usage strategy for the turbine. In the context of claims management, we provide assistance by means of the latest technologies and the expert know-how of our service team.

Upgrading and retrofitting steam turbines can lead to higher turbine efficiency or power output. These measures are individually assessed with the assistance of our designers and thermodynamics team, and are carried out by the service department. The availability of modern technologies and materials can be used to enhance not only the performance of steam turbines, but also to extend their maintenance intervals and life span.


3. Technical support

Our service team offers our clients modem/remote access for remote diagnosis and comprehensive support for any problems that may occur, including on weekends (where necessary) at cost. If so desired, we can also provide a quick error diagnosis through remote access to the installation’s control system and make any required changes to the controller alarm and protection settings.

Our service team is your first point of contact for all matters concerning our maintenance or service activities, repairs and spare parts service. M+M is thoroughly familiar with the installation-specific components and guarantees fully equivalent replacement of the required spare parts. Hence, we also warrant the necessary know-how for assembly and set-up.

Our partnership does not end when the installation is handed over to you! Through repairs, maintenance and service, we continue our trust-based collaboration to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with our service at all times.

If your turbine is already past its prime, we can also provide you with a cost/benefit analysis for retrofitting measures.
