Industrial-Technical Apprenticeship at M+M
M+M Turbinen-Technik has been an apprenticing company since 2015. If you enjoy hands-on work, are interested in specialized machine construction and want to see tangible results, an industrial-technical apprenticeship with us could be just the right thing for you.
We train in three state-recognised apprenticeships - which are structured according to the dual system. At the vocational school you will learn the theoretical knowledge. In our company, you will learn the practical skills and gain comprehensive insights. During your training, you will be professionally supervised by one of our specialist trainers and other colleagues will be available to assist you.

How can I apply for a job at M+M?

What is the application process?
After you have sent us your documents by e-mail, we will carefully review them. If your profile matches our search, we will contact you as soon as possible, and then plan the next steps with you (initial telephone interview or on-site interview).
How long does the application process take?
Depending on the advertised position, the entire application process – from receipt of your application to the signing of the contract – can take three to four weeks.
Which documents should I submit with the application?
The cover letter should state your motivation for applying. It should also state your earliest possible start date and your salary expectations. Please also include a meaningful CV and the associated (for the position) relevant references and certificates. Those documents will help us to get a meaningful first impression of you.
What format and maximum file size should the documents have?
It is best to send your documents in a single PDF file with a maximum file size of 5 MB.
When will I receive feedback on my application?
On average, you can expect to receive a reply from us within a week after receipt of your application. We will then give you feedback and let you know what the next steps in the process will be.
Who is sitting across from me during the interview?
Typically, during the interview, you will have the opportunity to meet both your future supervisor and our HR manager.
How long will my data be stored?
Unless you inform us otherwise, your data will be deleted from our database after two months at the latest.

We are committed to staying up to date with the current situation and adhering to all hygiene and distancing regulations. We continuously adjust our protective measures as needed. On-site, we provide hand sanitizers, ample space in well-ventilated areas, and masks if necessary.
